‘We have considered the appeal filed by Barça and the player. And we have done so strictly according to the legal criteria. This is not a trivial matter. In terms of the law, the process is crucial. If the gaps are not observed, the decision is invalid. The mistake allowed Olmo to play,’ Uribes said.
The CSD president also spoke about สมัครสมาชิก UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีทุกวัน La Liga president Javier Tebas, adding: ‘It’s not that he’s stubborn, but he’s made mistakes. There’s no point in insisting if you’re not doing the right thing.’
Uribes also addressed a blind spot in La Liga’s registration process, namely Barcelona’s ability to register Olmo and Pau Victor after both signed last summer, and the initial registration due to an emergency decision regarding injuries.
‘Olmo would not have played (if it weren’t for the mistake). We have no authority to step in and replace La Liga or the RFEF (the Spanish Football Federation) on the fundamental issue of fair play.’
‘It’s an exaggeration to look at it that way, but it’s true,’ Uribes said. ‘La Liga accepted that the clubs had complied with the rules since January 3, not December 31, but January 3, and now the clubs are questioning this again.’
