Sevilla president believes Real Madrid are trying to destroy Spanish football after refereeing allegations of corruption and manipulation.

Sevilla president José María del Nido Carrasco has accused Real Madrid of trying to destroy Spanish football after the club complained about referees in Spain, following the publication of an open letter to the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Rafael Luzan, accusing the system of corruption and manipulation.
Carrasco has also insisted he will not sit next to Barcelona president Joan Laporta until a satisfactory explanation is given for the €7m payment made to เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา Jose María Henríquez Negreira, a former vice-president of the Referees’ Committee for 17 years, despite the Barca president travelling to watch the game in the VIP box at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium on Sunday.
‘I will not sit in the VIP box of Barca until they explain the payment to Negreira. We are still waiting for an explanation. They have not given the football world a rational explanation for the payment to the vice-president of referees,’ said Del Nido Carrasco.
Sevilla’s president has also backed La Liga president Javier Tebas, saying they will also file a formal complaint over Real Madrid’s controversial comments.
‘Real Madrid’s statement about the referee is unacceptable. It questions the dignity of referees and the game. They should be condemned because it is an attack on football. Real Madrid is trying to destroy Spanish football.’
‘Real Madrid wants to put pressure on the referee to not blow the whistle freely. The position of Barça stands out for me. If Barça does not take a stand, it is because they agree. Are they really doing it to keep the trash at Real Madrid?’ said Del Nido Carrasco.
